To reduce recidivism by getting those who had/have conflict with the law to think realistically about their behaviours, and attitudes using a basic self-help philosophy in order to change their thinking and make necessary lifestyle changes through positive peer support.

Landon "Morty" Morton won the 2022 Outstanding Individual Award from the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.

Mental Health Foundation Awards
Mario Rolle won the 2021 Outstanding Healthcare Provider Award from the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia. He is a champion for health equity and actively works to dismantle systemic racism by reducing barriers to mental health care for men of African health care for men of African decent and their families.

Mental Health Foundation Awards
Steven Deveau, our Executive Director won the 2021 Let's Keep Talking Award for Outstanding Individual from the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia. He is a mental health consultant who specializes in anger and addition recovery. He uses his lived experience of childhood trauma, mental illness and substance abuse, crime and incarceration to fuel positive outcomes for others on similar journeys.
